Thursday, February 7,
noon-1pm, The Career Center Conference Room 143
The number one skill asked
for by employers is good communication skills. But the number one skill
employers say fresh graduates lack is good communication skills! In a world
full of new technology, how can you learn how to communicate effectively? Hear
from the Director of KenMont/KenWood Camps as he leads a discussion on how the
internet, phones, and Facebook are changing the way youth communicate and build
relationships. He will also talk about how camps are on the front lines of
teaching good communication and relationship building skills, which are
essential to future employers. Also, learn about the summer internship
opportunities they have available. Pizza will be provided, and space is limited
so RSVP today!
